1. Dasor Property Management was built to maximize our real estate investments while reducing the cost of management and tenant expenses. You will find our fees to be more reasonable than most of the competition, because I charge you what I charge my own family.

2. We don't require a large Reserve Fee ($35). Bids will be offered for work needed then deducted from rent.

3. Although the standard agreement used by most Realtors states that we can charge you for things like advertisements, copies or postage, we generally do not charge such fees. On a given month, 95% of our property owners have the management fee as their sole deduction. We make every effort not to nickel and dime clients with unexpected charges.

4. We do not profit or charge service fees for work done to your home and we do not own our own handyman company (We believe this to be a conflict of interest). To prove that we make no profits from services done to your home, we will use your preferred handymen or contractors, but if you don't have a preference we have great vendors to recommend.

5. We charge lower leasing fees because we understand that this period of your investment is costly and we don’t believe that leasing should be more expensive than managing the property for a year. Our Management Fee covers customer service for your tenants, collection of rents, monthly and yearly statements, maintenance management and visual inspections. Fees provided when management of a particular property is disclosed.

6. I grew this business during the high loan default era around 2008, when landlords and investors needed an efficient and lower priced way to evict tenants in exchange for a property management agreement. Needless to say this era gained Dasor a lot of clients and experience at performing evictions and learning how to avoid them.
